Vulnerability Reporting Process

Any customer of SOLFIX ENGINEERING, S.L. may report a vulnerability identified in a SOLFIX ENGINEERING, S.L. internet-connected product by emailing support@muzim.ai.

Reports may be submitted anonymously. If you provide your contact information, we will acknowledge receipt of your report by email within seven business days.

Service for Security Updates

All critical security updates will primarily be provided through firmware updates. The table below lists the applicable product and its currently defined security update support period, as provided by SOLFIX ENGINEERING, S.L.

SOLFIX ENGINEERING, S.L. guarantees that the announced security update support period will not be shortened. If the support period is extended, we will update the information on this page in a timely manner.
